Make it enjoyable. I write your programme based on exercise that you enjoy, your goals, needs and strengths, and re-assess and adjust it weekly to give you the best chance of success.
It's convenient and easy to exercise at my studio in Haxby. I offer individual Personal Training, small group training, couples… whatever works well for you.
Each session is unique to you, using my equipment and expertise. I'm here to motivate and help support you along your journey to better health and fitness.
I also help with weight management by analysing your diet and offering alternative suggestions, and lead regular running courses, both virtually and face to face.
